To secure your appointment, a $50 security deposit is required. This amount will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy: Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit. No-shows and late arrivals will also result in a forfeited deposit or be considered missed appointments.

All prices listed are before tax.

Intake forms will be emailed upon booking and must be completed prior to your appointment.
